Even though we email your Submerge Camera Gift Card to you or directly to your friend, it's really a Gift Card because you don't have to use it all at once. You can use your Gift Card for as many orders as you wish, until the credit balance reaches zero or expires.

Checking Your Balance
You can verify the balance remaining on your Gift Card from within My Account - day or night! All you need is your Gift Card number and the PIN that was issued to you when you received your certificate email.

Protecting Your Gift Card
Please note all orders are verified before they're shipped. If the card number is compromised - or if someone tries to use the number of a stolen card – the order will be investigated and the invoice will be void. Each Gift Card is purchased by a specific customer for the exclusive benefit of another named individual. Only orders by the designated recipient of the Gift Card will be honored.

Redeeming Your Gift Card
When you checkout at submergecamera.com, you'll be given the option to use your Gift Card to reduce the amount due on the invoice.

If you want to use your Gift Card in our USA store in Richland, Michigan, please inform your Submerge Camera consultant before processing your invoice.

Other Terms & Conditions

• To prevent fraud, we ask that you wait 48 hours before using your new Gift Card. We will be able to verify the payment for your Gift Card and normally activate Gift Cards within 24 hours.
• Gift Cards can be used only for the purchase of products and services through submergecamera.com or at our Submerge Camera local store. They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or gift certificates.
• Gift Cards are valid from one year from the date they are issued and expire automatically.
• If there is any amount due on an order that exceeds the available balance on your Gift Card, you must pay that excess amount by another accepted form of payment.
• Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
• Gift Cards are not transferable.
• Gift Cards purchased must be used for paying US$ purchases only.
• When paying with a Gift Card in our Submerge Camera local store, you will be required to present proper ID with photo.
• We reserve the right to close your account and request another accepted form of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card in your name is either redeemed through the submergecamera.com website or in our local store.
